At Plantation Door Company, all of our doors are original designs, and all trim parts are milled at our shop to our unique specifications. Our use of hand machine milled templates insures that all of our trim pieces have the same specs each time they are applied to a door, and our original, field-tested, three-step application process is completed from the back of the door so there are no nails or staples showing on the finished side of the door.
We use only the best materials in our doors, from 24-gauge flush steel and custom-cut Fypon PVC trim boards to our staples, adhesives, insulation and hardware.
Our custom-cut PVC trim boards in combination with the steel doors means you never have to worry about rotting – there is no exposed wood on any of our doors.
Our craftsman undergo months of training before they build their own doors. Each builder works in all areas of the company and understands completely what makes our doors unique and why they are superior to the doors of our competitors. At Plantation Door Company, a quality product is our number one priority.
